Ok Mamas.....lets talk about Valentines. We all know what we would like.We all know what we usually get.And Lord knows something involving sex will make im just as happy but.....Wat are ya"ll getting your men /doing for your men for VALENTINES DAY?
Comments:
WE CELEBRATE VD ON A DAILY BASIS, NOT ON THE 14TH ALONE, WE DON'T GIVE EACH OTHER EXPENSIVE GIFTS MAYBE JUST A MUSHY CARD SAYING WHAT WE TELL EACH OTHER REGULARLY ANYWAY, WE HAVE AN ANNIVERSARY IN MARCH COMING UP AND IT WILL BE OUR 38TH ONE. SO YOU SEE WE DON'T PUT TOO MUCH EMPHASIS ON THIS DAY EITHER. VD SHOULD BE EVERYDAY!
Well, I guess I am the odd one out here, at least so far lol! ;0)
We love Valentine's Day!! To us, it is a day to celebrate love, although we do show our love for each other every day. It is a day that our children enjoy. And for us, it is also our Anniversary! I don't see anything wrong with doing something nice for each other on this special day to celebrate our love, even if our anniversary were on a different day. We also plan to go to dinner and a movie together on Friday night to celebrate. :0)
I got my hubby an MP3 player this year. It is red, his fav color! I just know he is going to love it!! We got our daughter one for Christmas, and he just loves it. He has some of his music on hers lol! I think he really needs one of his own! ;0)
Don't be discouraged about how you feel because of some opinions of others. You know what they say about opinions... ;0)
Got any big plans??

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family
Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.

Nothing. VD is not a real holiday...we usually get the kids a little goody bag just for fun but we dont do anything for ourselves. If we need a special day to celebrate our love (which should be celebrated every day BTW) we have an anniversary. He has occasionally brought me flowers or something but its not a day that means anything to us.
