My husband and I went to one of our first Creation Conference a few years ago. And boy did it open our eyes. It answered all my questions and more. The speaker at that conference was Ken Ham. He was a wonderful speaker. At the next conference the following year the speaker was Kent Hovind. He and Ken Ham just blew us away with the knowledge that they had about creation. I have a passion for Creation Science.
Here are some of my favorite creation websites:
www.answersingenesis.org (Ken Ham)
www.christiananswers.net They have lots of resources.
www.drdino.com Creation Science Evangelism (Kent Hovind)
www.creationism.org
www.ICR.org Institute for Creation Research (Henry Morris)
www.creationontheweb.com Creation Magazine (I love this magazine)
A couple of the local ministries in my area are:
www.pdxdsa.org Design Science Association (They meet every third Saturday of each month at Rolling Hills Community Chruch.) Everyone is encouraged to come.
www.creationnw.org Northwest Creation Science (This is the ministry that holds an creation conference every year.)
A favorite creation book of mine is called "The New Answers Book" By Ken Ham.
Over 25 Questions on Creation/Evolution and the Bible.
Evolution...intelligent design...creation...or a little of all three? What do you really believe-and why does it matter to your life, your family, and your faith today?
Christians live in a culture with more questions than ever-questions that effect one's acceptance of the Bible as authoritative and trustworthy. Now, discover easy-to- understand answers that reach core truths of the Christian faith and apply the biblical worldview to these subjects:
*Genesis * the Days of Creation * millions of years * evolution *dinosaurs *carbon dating *UFO's *death & suffering *Noah's Ark and Flood Fossils * starlight and time
...and much more.
Explore these and other topics, answered biblically and logically in this book from the world's largest apologetics ministry, Answers in Genesis.
My favorite Bible is "The Defeneder's Study Bible" with commentary by Henry Morris.
Henry Morris used to be the Presidant of ICR, Institute for Creation Research.
My favorite magazine in the whole world is called "Creation" You can order it thru www.CreationOnTheWeb.com

Comments:
Great journal! Our church just went through a creation series and it was so enlightening! Amazing how popular science cannot explain some of its unproven theories, yet sticks with them!
We have all of Ken Ham's books, I just haven't read as much as I would like to.

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family
Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.

Greast info. I am going to look at some of these. I am a Christian who also believes in evolution, so I look forward to reading what some of these experts have to say on the subject.
