Angel's Visit to Southern California - PART ONE

  It was last Saturday, when I discovered a box left in front of my house.  Hmmmmmmmmmm - what could it be?  I opened it up and the first thing I saw was the beautiful Love Jar, which was made for me by Ruth.  It was beautiful and filled with so much love.

But, wait - there's more - lots more - among the other goodies Ruth sent - suddenly out popped the cutest little duckie - Angel !

She posed for her first picture with all the goodies that traveled with her to Southern California from Texas ...............

 

She was so happy to be in California and to get out of that box.  She's loving her adventures across the country, but is just not excited about her method of transportation. 

I welcomed her with love and a kiss...................

 

She was hungry, so we had a snack.  Then she was introduced to the other angels in our home and in the garden ...................

 

 

 

 

 

Next it was time for her to meet Murray.  He didn't know what to think at first.  His look says it all .......... "Hey, Mom, who is this little creature?" 

 

 

But, as soon as he got to know Angel, he knew they would be friends.  She does seem to have that affect on everyone who meets her.  How can anyone just not fall in love with her charm?

 

 

And during her visit, Murray became her bodyguard, making sure she remained safe and happy.

 

Then, when Angel saw her cousin (dear sweet Cousin Katy), her face lit up as she smiled from ear to ear.  I adopted Katy, after Cat sent her to me before Christmas.

 

 

After Angel and Katy reminisced awhile, we continued to take more pictures, while they played with (my grandson's) Elmo's Restaurant.

 

 

 

After such a busy day, Angel and Katy were sleepy and went to bed early.  They were looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday the next day.
