My son has baby fever!!

   My son is now a little over 4 years old. Last November when he was 3 years 11 months old, he became a big brother. I knew from the start that he would make an excellent big brother, it is hard to explain... but he just has the personality fitting for an older sibling. He loves his sister (Now 14 months old) and he is very kind to her. He teaches her things and sings while she dances and claps. It is a riot! The funniest thing is that he protects her. If he sees that she is going to fall down, he tries to catch her.

  I go over to my mom's house regularly and her husband's daughter had a baby the day before my dd's first birthday. My son loves the baby. He always asks "Mom can we bring Gabriel home with us?" I have to tell him no because his mommy would miss him very much. So my son says to me that he wants a baby brother now. I had to tell him that I can't have a baby right now because I have to finish school first (which will take about 2 years). He was a little sad about that , but now I think he has forgotten about wanting a baby brother.... Do little boys regularly get "baby fever too?
