Thyroid disease

Hello, everyone.  I recently had a fall at work and had to go the hospital for tests.  During the tests they found a nodual on my Thyroid.  I was researching this on the internet and I have all the syptoms of Hypothyroidism.  Has anyone experienced this? Or know of somewho who has?  I had to go in this morning and take an iodine pill and then have to go back in this afternoon for a test and then again in the morning.  Any information that anyone would have I would appreciate.  Thanks everyone...
