I've learned how important it is to make time for yourself, because once when I had a lot going on I had a panic attack. I was in my kids doctors office, and after waiting nearly 2 hours to be seen my kids where understandably upset and restless, so was I. As I was leaving all of a sudden I paniced and started saying "where is my baby, he was right here, and now he's gone" It lasted a few seconds, and when I came out of it I realized he was in my arms. I had lost time and forgot I had picked him up. I could not see him or feel his weight in my arms. That's crazy scary. Now I make time for me and I learn to control stress.
