Wow !!I have been going through this for 5 years and I know how hard it can be when somone selfish tries to be as big an inconvenience as they can be here is the deal I am remarried  and have been to mediation about five times every time I think it is over my ex drags me back into court claiming I don't allow him to see daughter............He lies to the courts saying he calls then files a motion with the california da child abduction unit mean while he know my address has my number and e-mail and I  am the one not allowing him??

It is ridiculous in the past he has missed visitation basically he wants his hand held and everything done for him and I am not going to do that if he wants a relationship he needs to do what he needs to do I will not be the one having  DD call when his cell phone is turned off half the time and have to face her dissapointement.

I hate how california is catering to him and he has done nothing to validate  he is telling the truth and the DA BASICALLY takes his word for it without having to show proof that he has tried to call or proof of e-mails............NOW I AM PISSED! 

Me and my husband are expecting a baby and we now have come to realise he is not gonna stop his childish antics,  so we are finally getting a lawyer since the courts are doing nothing but  allowing disruption of the childrens lives by someone who clearly has never cared, .

The truth is our daughter dose not need him she is doing superb with out  him in her life .She has a wonderful step father and a mother who is always home. She is excelling in school when her dad was in the picture she had lots of problems and it has taken me years to undo the damage  and how dare the courts subject her to that  again he had his chances in the past and he blew it.

 I only hope one day he'll realize that if the only good thing he can do for her and her future is stay away  then so be it.. he has never been there nor has he wanted to he is just trying to use her against me because he is angry about childsupport. I will never let my daughter be exploited by this man again in anywya shape or form if I can help it .............and shame on the DA AND THE state  Of  ca  for catering  to thr  needs of  these leecehes  and dumping  ON THE MOTHERS WHO ARE CARING FOR THESE CHILDREN. I 'M FILING A MOTION TO TRANSFER AS SOON AS  I AM DONE PAYING MY ATTNY, hopefully here in Texas things will be better.  that is the reason california is in the state they are in because they cater to wining crying babies he gets all these free services and soaks up all the tax payer money  fiiling these ridiculous motions and he dose it because it is allowed and it is excepted  they get all these free services................ hey everybody you want everything free just move to california if you wine cry and b@#$% iabout it enough they'll give it to you.

ps. I honestly hope I did no t offend anyone with my response but i needed to get this off my chest.

I am truly happy for you  and your family and there is no reason why a brother uncle a step dad or a grandpa can't  be  the perfect substitue for an absent parent sometimes better our daugher knows she is loved and that there are good men out there who are responsible and who will put her first.
