Sonic Kids Meal Toy Danger, Warning for other Moms

So I took my kids to sonic today. In there happy meal was this toy. Inside it is a polyester wrapped spring, that shoots out of the toy when you hit a button.
Nothing happened to my kids, because I took it away from them, but while messing with it myself (I know, it's an adult thing to screw yourself up when playing with a toy, haha), I shot it out, and I swear im going to have a bruise in the middle of my forehead.
Of course that got me to thinking about, well if it hurts me, what could it do to an eight year old.
So be on the lookout for these little popper's momma, I just have a feeling that these are going to be putting kids eyes out. They shoot HARD, and the spring is HARD, and the little trap door opens HARD.
So be careful for your kids....and if you are like me, you too!

Mine got that toy too and I took the dang thing away cuz I nearly shot my eye out with it. No, dear, you are not the only brain dead idiot out there! LOL

lol, I know...I'm an idiot. But actually, It happened when I was trying to figure out what it was. I got it out of the bag with it unpopped. I thought it was some sort of rolliong space ship, and the little thing was like a winder. So I was trying to wind it and thats when it happened.

My BIL used to be the manager at our local Sonic. I never liked their kids toys anyway.... I voted popular!
