Just a little something......
Out of everything that happened today and all the stuff Ive been goin through, my sister called me today!
*If you arent familiar with the story, heres the short version.....
My sister, Michelle, threatened my life about 7 months ago for some BS with my Mother. We havent talked but once since. Shes 5 years younger then me. The Mother of my new niece, Lily.
I love my sister, but I dont need the drama! I have enough goin on in my life! I had my say with her, and, basically, accepted the fact that our relationship was lost. I "cut her off".
Well, today, out of nowhere, she called me! We talked for about an hour. We cried.....her alot! (must be the hormones! Lol)
We tried not to discuss the past. We talked about the birth of my niece, me goin back to school, my son, stuff.....like sisters should......
I even invited her to the Cafe =)
Im leery that there might be some sort of ulterior motive, but just a very small part of me......
The other is just thankful that I might actually have my lil sister back!
Our family has been torn, but she actually misses me, and Ill always love her.....
We'll see what happens =}

Sounds like a really positive thing happened between you two. Hope it continues & she is being sincere. She should cherish her big sis, I wish I still had mine around to talk to. She & I were about the same age difference as you & yours btw. Best wishes with everything hun! xoxo
That's great, and while it's wonderful and warm, be careful... I hate to be the voice of chagrin but your family seems twisted and it could be a trap. I'm skeptical but happy to see you happy.
