Dear Faithful Prayer Partners,
         Here are the prayer requests for the three units - David & Alisha Holt, Lisa Levdahl, Deron & Beth Peterson  - working with the Criollo people in Corrientes. Please use these requests as you pray for the work that God has called us to.  If you would like to see more detailed information about the work in Argentina or how to volunteer to come and help us, please go to our website at www.nacriollo.com.   Check back each week for recent updates

Praise God!  

•·         David & Alisha especially give thanks for the salvation of their son, Elijah.  Eli prayed to receive Christ with his mom on Feb. 3!

•·        We are thankful for the three new sisters in Christ we've had the privilege of leading to Jesus this month.

•·        We are thankful for a continuous & fruitful ministry through the hot summer months when most people elect to stop everything.

Please Pray:

• Please pray for the three homes we are meeting in for small group Bible study in Barrio Jardin (Garden neighborhood).  Pray for each individual to deepen his/her understanding of a life in Christ and that they will grow to bring others to faith in Him as well. 

 

• Pray with us as we teach these three families how to be "church."

 

• Thank you for your prayers for the work in Barrio Virgin de Dolores (Virgen of Suffering neighborhood).  Alisha and Beth have been able to start meeting in two different homes leading Bible study & discipleship for new believers.  Pray with us that Elizabeth and Yolanda will be bold in their new faith and obedient to all the Lord teaches them.

 

• Lisa will be going on Stateside Assignment later this year.  Please pray with us that she will find someone to train up to lead the various children's ministries she is currently leading so that the work does not stop merely because she is not here to lead it.

 

• We are planning for three confirmed volunteer teams this year, and working with other Stateside churches to determine whether they'll join us physically in ministry this year.  Please pray for the details of each of these trips:  for the financial needs of the volunteers, hotel/ food accommodations here in Argentina and the Criollos they will be working with and ministering to while they are here.

 

• We are always looking for national partners to join with us in our church planting endeavors.  Please pray with us that God will bring others alongside us to help in the ministry - especially those gifted to work with children.

 

• Pray for Ana Peterson's adoption process as we are waiting for the final interview with the judge. 

 

• Please pray for all of our school aged MKs (missionary kids) Samuel - 11, Elijah - 6 and Isaiah - 4.  Pray for them especially as they assimilate in both Spanish and English studies.  School starts in two weeks.  Samuel and Isaiah will be going to a new school and Eli is moving to first grade.  Pray for them to make friends and enjoy their teachers.

 

• Pray for wisdom as we open our homes to our neighbors.  Pray that we will be a blessing to them and their families and we will have balance between open house and personal family time.
