I was checking my personal blog and noticed a new pingback. I went over to see the site, assuming it would be a site that had a link to my crochet pattern for a library bag. Instead of a link they had posted the entire pattern, including my photo without asking permission.
The site is supposedly all about being ecofriendly, but I guess being ethical is not part of their business plan. I just emailed them and put a comment on the page informing them that they had stolen my property. I wonder if they will even bother to respond or take it down.
So, please don't be a patron of ecofriendlydaily --- they are apparently trying to make money off of other people's hard work.
Comments:
I don't know if you understand what a copyright is. I automatically have copyright to my work and the right to share it the way I see fit; it is not automatically free for the taking. I guess you do not understand copyright.
It is a patent, not a patient.
Here is a link to some clear information about copyright and the internet:

If you do not have a copyright or patient, then what on the web is free. We spend an entire chapter in Business Law on this. It is totally legal unless you have a copyright or patient. Sorry you had to find out AFTER your post was copied.
