"Some woman told me that it was sick to have my girls out at the PP Protest....I hope she meant it in the way black people say it."

I responded: "The way black people say it?  Did you mean slang?"

 

How do people not know how racest this is?

Oh jeez... I've heard kids from EVERY race say this, and besides, that's so last year, heh.

But yeah, to just assume only black people use slang is definitely racist.

Lemme try to "unconfuse" Kristi here. Some kids use "that's sick" as meaning "that's cool/neat/nifty/etc".

Yes Anouck is right.  Sick=cool.  It is so last year and I have heard every race use it.
