I would now chose the cello. For years I have wanted to learn to play the harp, but after I heard Carlos Prieto play at our local symphony, I have changed my mind. He was magnificent! My dh bought up season tickets to the symphony last year for our anniversary so I have just fallen in love with classical music. The tickets were super cheap! Since we were first time concert goers we got two season tickets at super discounted rates because we chose to sit in the balcony area towards the side. I think we paid $65 total for all of the tickets. The concerts lasted about 2-3 hours each. Wonderful!
Someday I hope to take lessons...until then, I will just listen to my CDs.

DH and I used to go to the symphony, too! We loved it. We could get balcony tickets for $18 each, and for the symphony, the sound is just as good up there as it is on the main floor. Now, though, it would be $18 each, plus the sitter for Ben... $60 for the evening in total, and that's without dinner! LOL Just not in the budget...
