i don't know if anyone saw the picture of rihanna after being beaten up by her bf chirs brown. i almost choked, looking at her picture with her eyes closed, purple bruises and dry blood that stained her lips. occasionally i heard stories about "a friend of my friend" being hit by her husband, but yet, they're still together. why do some women think that they deserve that? some of them blame themselves, "oh, if i didn't come home late" or "if i didn't answer my old guy friend's phone", this wouldn't have happened. really ! no !!!! it shouldn't have happened at all !!! nobody has any right to hurt the person he's with. you're not her parents who beat her because of the discipline reason !!! you're a dude, and hitting women makes you worth less than animals, i can't even compare men like that to animals cuz animals are too good. i know some of us are a pain in the ass, and we do shit or say shit that provoke it, but walk your ass away !!! why standing there and wait to lose a control of yourself. there are still no excuse that good enough once you hit girls. and girls, is it true that some of us think that being with someone even it comes with the price of being belittled or insulted, is still better than being alone? raise you hand if you think being attacked by a man is better than waking up rested every morning and not having to worry about being smacked upside your head with a gun in the middle of the night (yea her husband's a police officer). i know loneliness sucks, but which one is suckier, especially when your daughters are right next door? why not break this cycle? yea...chris brown along with other men who hit women deserve to be rotten in prison. i wanna see these men try hitting other men who are bigger and stronger than they are. oh but then again, they're too p*@$y to try that. i don't care who you are, if you're in this kind of circumstance...if you're a man STOP IT, and if you're woman GET OUT OF IT WHILE YOU'RE STILL ALIVE. life's too short !

well said :o) I don't understand why anyone would put themselves through that. I haven't seen the pics but I heard she looks like hell. Hopefully she'll walk away. Any man who does that to a woman is just a pu** because he knows that he can't do it to another man because he'd get is ass kicked. Low life scum anyhow. I hope his career goes down the tubes!

the really sad part is how young both of them are.  that picture sickened me as well.  i felt they should not ahve published it.  the only good that comes out of it is maybe some other young women will have the courage to press charges and not end up worse off than they already are. 

i'd like to see the SOB try that shit on me......
