Ah, Spring just can't get here soon enough.  I just don't handle the COLD very well!  I am looking forward to sunshine, warm weather (70s), daisies, beach trips, cookouts with family and friends, short sleeved shirts, strappy sandles, ......

even the kitties are waiting for warmer weather.... it's hard to keep 'em inside in the winter months... come spring, they come in to eat, love a few minutes, then they are off again to enjoy the outdoors.  LOL  (Boy, you should have seen how mad they were at ME when they wanted out one morning and MOMMY LET IT SNOW!!  haha... they looked at me like it was MY FAULT!  "How dare you, Mommy, to let it do this!"  and they turned around and stayed inside, LOL)

They (my kitty-babies) are doing well tho my biggest baby had a fat hand (front paws are his hands, lol) but antibiotics have seemed to help it go down- he's now walking on it again.

The girl just got fixed last week.... not letting her out, but she's tolerating it well so far.  She's tried to sneak out, but to no avail.  She seems to feel pretty good despite her ugly scar.  Lookin forward to all her fluffiness to grow back where they shaved her!  I will let her go out first of the week sometime, when I think her stitched areas look good enough that if she got in a tussle or played to hard she wouldn't bust it back open.

My family is well.... Hub took son to pick up his bday present today (a little early, BDay is March2)  He's big into BMX stuff, so got him a high dollar bike that he wanted.  he's tickled.  Its hard to believe  my son is about to turn 16!!!  He's been SO good lately!  (He passed all his first semester classes and EOC tests, by the way and has a fairly easy second semester set of classes)

Hub and I are wonderful!  I still have some health issues that I will be seeing doc about real soon... waiting to decide what hubby wants to do with new insur offered at his job that is exceptional tho expensive (but pays 100% for most everything!).  Should know something next week and we'll go from there.

Rest of the youngins are good... Oldest SD ended up with ovarian cysts (boy do I know that pain) and she will start med school come fall, middle SD turned 14 on 2-13-09 and is getting braces for SECOND TIME March 3rd....  and youngest SD is as prissy as ever n it's hard to believe she is only gonna be 12 in July.... she is SO GROWN!    SS is working some with hubby and making some extra cash while he anticipates a good job working at the college he attends.

Tell ya what, 5 kids is a darn plenty!!!  2 in college, 2 in braces... it's always something!

Work for me and hubby is good considering individual issues.  Hub is still working out of town, which sucks... but at least the money is good and he HAS a job for which we are blessed so we try not to complain.  My job is stressful at times... you'll get a different answer to "Do you like your job" depending on what day you ask me, LOL!  Most of the time I like it, so that's good.... and again, I am thankful I have a job (tho hubby would let me quit any time I wanted with a smile-- we'd manage ok)

Tho I have had a change in my "friends list", (meaning scratched 2 and gained 4) I adore my true friends!  Still (and suppose will alwalys  be) looking for that ONE FRIEND that is the one you talk to and see near daily, do things with all the time, etc (many things I consider in a "best friend") *but it seems if you are over age of 8, it's hard to find one that doesn't already have their own bff and any room for another.

but, even tho I don't have that ONE... I have a couple old and a couple new great great friends I enjoy doing things with, talking to when we can, etc!  And on top of that, I have my CMom friends, MySpace friends, Facebook friends, etc!

Hubby is truly my best friend!  Gosh, I can't say enough great about him!  I love him so much and he loves me, truly loves me.

Guess we are off to take care of taxes and such in a bit, so better take off this silly tshirt and put on something appropriate!  LOL

Hit me up soon, OK???

Josh has been sick for the last week, had him to the drs, saying strep and scarlet fever and now a perforated ear, kid has not had any luck this week, he goes to the dr monday to see about his ear. That is not going to be fun, his ear is really senstive.
