10 Questions on Motherhood!
- How old are your children? I have one 9 year old
- How old were you when you had your first child? 23 years old
- Did you know the sex before you gave birth? I knew but not through an ultrasound
- Did you and your SO fight over names? Who won? Yes--my husband wanted to call her something like Priscilla and I won! THANK GOODNESS!
- What did you crave most while pregnant? With my first pregnancy it was chicken nuggets, with my daughter it was Beef and Cheddar Arbys sandwiches
- How many diapers do you think you've changed? Since I have been a nanny since 19, it is well over 100,000 by now I am sure.
- How did you react the first time you left your children with someone else? I was a basket case--my poor hubby finally realized I was a wreck and took me home after an hour. Then we had a great dinner!
- What's the best part of being a mom? The beauty of those little eyes looking at you and that little heart loving you and thinking you are the coolest person on earth...
- What's the hardest thing about being a mom? Tough love and letting her go through consequences on her own....
- How many times a day do you hear the word "Mom"? Know that commercial where all the kids are saying Mom where is this and Mom where is that? THAT is my life! :0)

- Where were you born? Do you still live there? Montana (Grew up in CO) and unfortunately no
- Are you an only child? Nope--one of four
- What's your favorite book/TV show/movie/song/color? The Illuminati by Larry Burkett/ House/ Pride and Prejudice/ God Bless the Broken Road by Hands and Feet/ yellow or pink...oh wait, maybe red...or is it purple? :0)
- Who do you most admire? Biblically: Ruth or Mary Magdelene/ Otherwise my friend Cindy
- What word or phrase do you say constantly? "Its NOT a hotdish, its a CASSEROLE!!!", or "No, its lunch then dinner, not dinner then supper". LOL It's a different world up here!
- Where is the furthest place that you've ever been from home? Southern Mexico
- How many pairs of shoes do you own? Probably 12--but if you are talking flip flops, now, that's a counting challenge!
- Are you are an early bird or a night owl? Night owl--hands down!
- If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? Grape nuts on top of a great cup of homemade yogurt.
- What's the craziest thing you've ever done? Saran-wrapped someone's car closed and then covered it with Cool whip in High School--I still think that was the spring board that led my husband and I into youth leadership!
