I am going through the series Create Fabulous Friendships.  I'm learning so much about myself and the people that are in my circle of friends.  I've learned some great things and some not so great things about my friendships.  Either way I am able to learn and make the necessary changes so that I can live the good life that I deserve...we all have choices.

Women, especially mothers are conditioned to give, give, give.  One important thing that I learned in this series is that fabulous friendships aren't for you to give, they give to you.  Do you find yourself involved in friendships that are lonely, exhausting, hard work and no fun?  Are those fabulous friendships?

Starting new friendships can be difficult for many reasons.  One reason being your lack of openness towards other women from past experiences.  There are two very important letters to remember in our lives and they are ME.  You have to work on the ME in order to receive the fabulous friendships that are in the wings waiting for you.  Release old habits and attitudes.  I know you are like that is easier said than done,  But that is why "every woman deserves a coach".  Sometimes you just need that direction, that compass, that MAP to show you how to make the necessary changes in your life to live your greatest life everyday.
