The oldest crime in the world !!

I have been struggling for the past few weeks with issues I thought I would never have yet..

I am going to take you back for the past 2 1/2 weeks and beyond.

My Grandmother got married 9 years ago at the age of 76 to her High school sweetheart! okay so that sounds so sweet.. His wife of 45 years died in December and he married my grandmother by March, feed on her lonliness.  He then started to isolate her from her family and friends, changed her will in a different county, and took my mother (one and only daughter of my grandmother off all bank accounts without my grandmother knowing) started to send his 2 daughters cash every week of 500 dollars each for nine years!!!

WE had sought legal counsel years ago and was told we had no case (due to being married in the state of TX its a community state).

Well my true story starts on :

Feburary 7th - we check on them every afternoon (they both  have deminsha now) and found them gone over night by 3:00 pm I sent out a missing report for the both of them. by 5:30 the police had a hit in Garland, Tx (WE LIVE IN HOUSTON TX 254MILES AWAY FROM HOME) they were at H&R block arguing that they were in Houston and they just wanted to get home, disoriented the police dept inpounded the car and took them to a hospital to evaluated.

Feburary 8th - My mother and I meet in Dallas to pick them up / his daughter (a redneck from hell white trash) showed up making a huge scene liked she cared... ( she lives in allen tx)  we told her how about you take Sam home with you for the night and we will stay in dallas to get the car out of inpound, by now my husband flew in to get the car and drive it back home.

Feburary 9th - we came home (we made his daughter bring him home separate from grandma) after all I have had enough of this man who is mean as hell!!!

Feburary 10th - MY BIRTHDAY yeah.  WE got them to the Doctors office to have them evaluated for deminsha (which we haven't been able to do in the past)  His daughter remained with is agreeing that they need to be put into a nursing home or some kind of care.  I asked her if she would stay the night while I go check on my girls, then I would be back to care for the both of them.

Feburary 11th - My mother files for gaurdinship for my grandmother;  I got to the house and his daughter left the night before right after I did!!!!  You can tell she cares for her dad's well being...

Feb 12-11 I watched how they took care of themselves (not very well)  He called the cops a couple of times to have me kicked off the property, his daughter called PD saying that I was holding them hostage!!!

Of course APS came out to find they were out of thier minds. D

During the day his daughters one from allen and Utah kept calling to ask if he would go by the bank and wihdrawl all the money.

Feb 13th his daughter came down and took him straight to the bank cashed a 10,000 dollar check leaving my grandmother with 2,000 to live off of!!!

UGG you try and make charges against them and all you get is THEY ARE MARRIED and it's his.

My Grandmother before marriage in assets was worth a million dollars where is it??????

Has your mother been granted guardianship yet? If so, that changes the entire scenario and I can't help but wonder if it now gives your mother the standing to pursue this. If it is not a crime, talk to a lawyer about pursuing civil action.

Getting Gaurdinship is a long process.. we are doing it right now (my mother has to sue her mother) once we go to court and have it granted we are going after him and his daughters!
