So I made a new goal to workout monday through friday for one or two hours.  I dont workout on my own very well so I attend the 9am class they offer every day no matter what it is.  Monday and Wednesday is weight training.  Tuesday and Thursday is cycling and Fridays is a bootcamp (random crazy mix of cardio and weights). 

Needless to say I am so tired and exhausted housework feels like a workout.  I cant wait til I dont feel so tired.  I dont want to do anything else the rest of the day because I am so tired.  This is only week one.  It takes three weeks to make it a hobby and to start seeing results...so lets hope I can hang in there until then.
