Ahh the silly 60's songs

Being a baby-boomer, I grew up in the BEST of times.  The songs were CLEAN, silly, irreverent and fun.  When I was a little twig of a girl, I remember "The one-eyed, one-toed, flying purple people eater", "A-hab the Arab" by Sam the Sham and the Pharoh's [for real!]  Also "Itsy Bitsy, Teeny weenie, yellow polka dot Bikini",  ahh for the days of silly, fun songs that were not recorded to shock and titilate...I could almost weep.  Then there were the Beatles songs....oh my,  there's not enough room to list their great songs that sent us American kids crazy.
