So all in all the cleanse went well. ![]()
Aside from lack of energy I was not hungry (surprised me) and I wasn't grumpy (also suprised me).
I lost a total of 7 lbs including the pre-cleanse days. I am certain I will gain back 3-4 but I will work hard at my eating habits and continue to drink lots of water.
Yesterday I just drank 1 glass with the physllim seed. A yogurt, almonds, miso soup, a small apple, edamame, some cheese and a teeny handful of popcorn (felt guilt about that part - the kernals!) but drank plenty of water to keep it moving.
Today had a tiny bit of granola with pumpkin seeds, and satay chicken with peanut sauce and some cucumber salad. I could only eat 3 1/2 of the mini chicken skewers (very full!) and feel a little bloated now but will drink plenty of water and watch the intake for the remainder of the day. Too much at once is uncomfortable.
Tomorrow will eat an eggwhite omelette and toast w/jam and try to work out. I won't do my regular routine and if I get the energy will also walk the wildlife refuge. We'll see.
I just know if the sun is shining I would want to be out in it.![]()
I still feel great, it's nice to have a clean colon. I haven't had caffeine in a week and wonder if I will even start up again.
I'll do the cleanse again in 6 months.
