Shutterbugmama's Journal

I've tried to be quiet; It's impossible.

It's been officially 7 days since my husband was laid off...be cool if he came home.  I mean, a man IS HERE...and yes, he closely resembles the man I married, but...I just don't know.

Currently, he's watching television.  The guy from before didn't do that.

Soon, though, he'll disappear into the abyss we call "The Garage".

Bizarre I tell you.  Just NUTS how much TIME that guy can spend out there!  He sometimes invites me out; he'll call in from the garage door that leads to the laundry room, "Hey Hon??  HON!?", kind of like he's allergic to actually STEPPING inside after about 1:00 in the afternoon.

He'll be out there from lunch time to bed time, and then wonder "where the day go"?

Um....

"Well, lemme fill ya in, Pal".

***

ALSO...

Last night, there was A LOT of Police Activity in my neighborhood; this morning, when we woke up, we realized that our trash cans were GONE.

Yes, THE BILL IS PAID, Smart-A$$ES!

So...did someone steal my trash cans?

We called Waste Management; they've got NO CLUE where the trash cans went...

So, where'd they go?

Just askin'.

Never mind...

****

ALSO, Im fighting this cold and to be perfectly honest, I sound like a 60 year old smoker named Carol who lives with cats.

Like...a relative of Marge Simpson.

Related to Flo, who works at the local diner....

Get it?

Not good.

Maybe that's why the man outside wont come in and get acquainted with me.

Who ever he is...

Eh.

Have a good day.  Find joy.

Ba-hum-bug.

(Yes, I know it's MARCH...you're probably the same one who was gonna ask me if my TRASH BILL was paid).

Hmmm...

xo

Elle

wink

(Find the humor in it, Elle...you CAN do this...).

I am guessing your trash cans are somewhere with mine...Seriously at least once a month I "loose" my trashcans somewhere ( I dont have the kind you pay for from the Garbage Company) They don't just blow away...they *poof* disappear...

As for your husband...mine is like that too...when he is here he is completely oblivious to what goes on and just does what ever he wants to do...we bought a Wii a couple weeks ago and that is what he spends all his spare time doing...ugh

Ok first off let me say "kiss ma grits" ok now that I have taken care of that Flo moment deep breath lol sorry had to go there, did ya laugh?? Maybe you need to tell the strange man that see how he takes it?? Is he old enough to remember the show Alice?? I LOVED that show.. ok so trash cans just went poof?? I would look around whole yard and up the street, specially if there was a lot of wind last night. Police activity?? Hmmm wonders did someone toss something in your cans attempting to hide it from cops and your stuff got confiscated as evidence since technically on the curb they are considered in open view and therefore not liable to require a search warrant for looking at or removing. ( Ok I watch too much CSI lol)..

TElling ya you need a second home for you and them babies here lol and then let mr. man fly out for visits rofl..

Who would take used trash cans? I don't even want to keep my own used trash cans. Well, actually that makes no sense. But I think you know what I was trying to say. Even if I don't have a clue :)
