Also known as "baby elephant" to Allie is coming in early November. We've already gotten a few things for the nursery. I know it's WAY early but I've got pre-existing blood pressure problems that may lead to pre-eclampsia this baby around. I'm afraid I'll develop pre-eclampsia and be put on bed rest making shopping for things near impossible. Mikey's more-than-capable of putting together the new crib since we've moved Allie's crib so much before.

We went to Babies R Us, Walmart, and Once Upon a Child to get some things. Spent $30 on gender-neutral/ Navy-themed outfits. Also got some closet organizers like we got Allie. I love those things! I can organize baby's clothes by size and put socks, combs, hats, etc, in the back-of-door organizer.

We still have a bit more to buy but 85% of it can be bought second-hand. I'm not afraid to shop at thrift stores. And for the people that complain about the smell, do you EVER wash your clothes? If you did, you'd know that one wash is all it takes to get the smell gone. Buy something from there and try it some time instead of being so stuck-up!

Most of the clothing, we can't get now because it'll have to be gender-specific. But we can get a lot before we find out. We're thinking of not telling what the baby's gonna be once we find out.
