I am interested to know how many of those moms out there actually get their kids the flu shot every year. Are there moms who dont and why dont you? I have heard so much about it being ineffective (and have had that experience myself with my daughter) that we go back and forth each year. Just curious to hear other's opinions.
thanks and have a great a day!
Comments:
I got the nasal spray instead of the shot and I this is the first year that I have not gotten sick!
Yeah, it seems the shot really isn't all that effective, so I'm not taking it, and neither will my child (he's too young for it right now anyway).

Bio-identical hormones can be incredibly helpful in treating, and potentially eliminating, the many side effects of menopause. My niece is required to have the flu shot due to her job (she's a dental assistant), as well as her children. My sister also is required because of her job (she's a nursing assistant), as well as her children. They have had everything we've had, if not more. My sister has had the stomach flu twice, and my niece and nephew have had the same colds as my children. My niece has had a cold this year, but has not gotten the full flu virus at all... but her children have.
We choose not to due to what is in the shots, the non-effectiveness, and the fact that it doesn't seem to be available when we are ready to get it.
