MaMa Are you CPR prepared ???

The backs of my arms are sore, my eyes hurt from all the questions on the exam. But once again that two year mark has arrived for me to renew my CPR/AED/FIRST AID card. Its sad but so many people are not willing to take the step and learn a few simple steps that can change a life while you wait for the ambulance/fire department to arrive. I have been blessed to have brought back 3 people in the last 10 years. God gave me the ability to react under pressure and use my skill. I would like to say that if all the MaMa's united we would be a strong force to deal with. So in numbers if we learn CPR, wow the effects of being there for a church member, family member, stranger are so much greater. We became MaMa's by giving the gift of life. What a wonderful gift to give without all the weight gain, morning sickness, and all the other wonderful stuff that makes us  "glow" when we are expecting. My challenge to all that read this ...Go get your CPR card done today, take  a friend, have a CPR training party. Save a life.....its may be someone you know.
