Brain is in overload.  I'm trying to prepare all legal documents for us to open our kennel this fall/winter, so I'm doing extreme internet research.  *hits head on nearest wall*  It was a piece of cake to get my license just for the dog training... "hello city people, I'm training dogs from my home.  Ok?"  "Ok, pay us $30.00 and you're set".  But for a kennel, a real kennel I have to comply with laws 429.5567 section b, that refers me to usda section 67856, revision 234, that by the way will not load, which somehow points me to law 32323232.b 1/2, that points me back to Missouri law 98390393.66667nt  which states that I need to go back to usda section 5...  And I have yet to actually find the laws for the town in which we might be moving to.  All I have found is Missouri's basic animal care laws, which in 19 printed pages only tells me that I must provide shelter, food and water... duh, thank you.   Oh and something about how to handle things if a dog kills one of my sheep.  Good to know.  I might just by some sheep so all my research will have a purpose.

*Refills coffee*  I know most of the laws here in St.Louis, the kennel in which I formally worked spent lots of time and money seeing that I knew all of this crap.  But we will be far out of St.Louis... lol, watch we'll get there, I'll finally find the right official to speak to, and he'll just say... "uhhh, build it and do stuff."  Note to self-- do not bring any potential weapons to that meeting--!  *refrains from slamming head on keyboard, as last time my laptop had a seizure in which it took 5 hours to turn back on*  All I need to know is if I can do this in the potential town, and what permits I will need, and what the building standards are.  That is it.  Oh and may I also submit that looking up exactly what Obama's Small Business stimulus plan is, is not a good idea... your head will explode, cause no one will tell you more than "it's great".

Perhaps I should just go back to knitting, maybe look at opening a small little country store that sells blankets, aprons, candles, soap and small 3 year olds.  Did I mention I found a candle recipe using no more than bacon grease and vanilla???  Yes I am that cool.
