This sounds funky but it tastes like blueberries and peanut butter.


1 avocado

1/4 cup raw tahini

handful of alfalfa sprouts

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 cups raw milk kefir

1 tbs superfood greens mix

put it all in the blender and fill it the rest of the way with frozen blueberries. blend till smooth. The avocado gives it a really nice texture without adding a lot of flavor, and the tahini with the maple syrup is just awesome. Very healthy and tastes good too!
