THE BITCH TOOK MY SON RIGHT OUT OF MY HANDS!!!!!!

yeah...so when your pregnant...most women dont like strangers to touch their belly right? try having someone just take your baby right out of your hands and AS THEY ARE TAKING THEM...they say "hey i wanna hold him...let me hold him!" omg i could have killed this b*tch!

so DH and i went out with Ozlo for sushi...we havent had much time to enjoy each other and Oz was paaassed out! so i get my food and BAM...he starts crying. so i take him out of his car seat and im holding him and the waitress runs over to tell me im not holding him right! he had just woken up and been pulled from a warm carseat so he is still all scrunched up in a ball...so i am leaning back in my chair and ive got my hand under his butt and hes just sleeping on my chest. well...she grabs my other hand and puts it at the nape of his neck and says "you have to support the head!" he starts to squirm and wake a little and so i lean him back to look at his face to see if hes making his "hungry" face...and she GRABS HIM!!! i was trying to hold onto him with out hurting him and she pushed my hand away! now...im not gonna flip out because normally shes a nice lady (we've been going to this place for a year now) but im not THAT close to this lady...and for heavens sake she just GRABBED him! and when she handed him back finally...she hesitated and pulled him back and said "put your hand up higher so you can hold his head..."

i wanted to kill her! my son is 3 weeks old today and is practically holding his head up on his own! i had him JUST FINE! i do not need some waitress tellin me how to flippin handle my son! i may be a new mother but hes MY SON! ive had a lot of experience with newborns...ive got it!

and i would have said no to her when she reached for him but this is our favorite place and we are regulars and i didnt want to have to find a new place to go for good sushi and i knew she wasnt gonna run off with him but shit....asking me BEFORE you take him would have been lovely! i would have been fine with it! my husbands face was the protective..."if this B*tch tries anything ill kill her" face...and at the same time it was "hunny, calm down...she knows us...we know her"

but still!!!

ah man!  My hubby would have FLIPPED!!!!!  I would be in your shoes though!  inwardly pissed, but let her do it at the same time! hahaha!  Dont you LOVE how people think they know everything and imply that us young mommies dont know anything?  geesh! that annoys me!

You're calmer than I am... I swear quite a few words would have flowen out of my mouth while swinging a hand... The nerve!!! I'd be very blunt on my next visit and say, "HANDS OFF MY BABY!"

WoW.  I would have to find a new sushi place, because I'd be afraid they would spit in my food after the fit I would have thrown!  lol  You probably did the right thing, though, by staying calm.  Put baby Ozlo in a shirt that says "touch me and I spit up on you!" before you guys go there next time!  lol

Other than the baby-stealer-incident, I hope that the three of you enjoyed your first little family dinner out : )  It's so nice to get out of the house every once in a while!

Holy cow! That is unbelievable. You guys must be VERY approachable and friendly for someone to feel that comfortable with you. I'm having a panic attack just picturing that. WOW... must be some good damn sushi there. LOL
