Non Exsistant Twin Daughter???

 A few nights ago I woke up very confused by my awkard dream that seemed to feel so real. It was one that had realistic features to it but yet you knew it wasn't real. How come I'd have such a dream though. Was it trying to tell me something? In my dream I was going to the county building with my daughter but in my dream she apparently had a twin named Lily, funny because her name is Lacie. We were waiting it the office room area and Lacie's twin started to cry out of no where and this old guy takes Lily and brings her to the hospital. Now the weird thing is I didn't pay much attention to her because all of it went to Lacie. Which in real life all of my attention really does go to her. I know that when he took Lily( the non exsistant twin) to the hosptial it made me realize I really needed to be with her so I was trying to find a ride there but nobody wanted to drive me there so I started running to get there and left Lacie with her father. Then I woke up because Lacie started crying, lol  it was a very odd dream indeed.
