My inner monologue is so nasty sometimes >.

My day started out TOTALLY wierd. I woke up to Arianna fussing, which is normal... but guess what time it was? 1 PM!! Like... All My Children was ON the TV!! I can't believe my kid slept in till one. Well she was being kinda grouchy and fighting sleep the last few days, so maybe she caught up. She's been pretty good today too, not whiny, not crabby, nothing.... she got about 18 hours of sleep, and I got about... 12. We both felt pretty good.

So I go to figure out my budget before I go grocery shopping, because there was a guitar at the pawn shop I had been eyeing.... sadly, I couldn't afford it. Maybe later this year, after my vet bill is paid, I'll look into the issue again. Someday, someday I WILL HAVE A GUITAR! But only if I can afford it. :( Responsibilities first, then fun. (FWIW, the guitar was only $150. If the payment arrangements weren't so annoying I probably could have gotten it, but it's a pawnshop and they want their cash ASAP, and I wouldn't be able to make a payment on it later this month. Such a bummer. My poor budget failed me. On the upside, I probably will have enough to get that Children of Bodom DVD, so it's not a complete loss. I dunno.)

Are you ready for the embarrassing moment? Well as you all know I had to go to Walmart. And it's a running joke that maybe, just maybe I'll see a hot metal man in Walmart. I am walking past the toy aisle and I see LONG HAIR and BLACK CLOTHES. I had to stop and look... well they turn around and.... before I could think I said out loud, "Too geeky!" I felt SOOOO BAD after I said it! I walked away totally embarrassed (I didn't say anything to this guy)  (Poor guy wasn't really that attractive but my inner monologue could have STFU'd... I'm sorry random dude in Walmart! Forgive me!)  I think I saw him walking around with his mom later, so he was probably ALOT younger than I was (I have a horrible time judging ages... is it me or do people look ALOT older than they are nowadays?) Where are all the 21+ guys in this place? Seriously. I was sooo freaking embarrassed. Again, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that.

I'm also bummed that I didn't have time to get my Brother Firetribe CD! I won't be able to get it till Friday! :(

Man I am embarrassed.
