My doctor has quit her practice and I need my children's mdeical records

My children's doctor has recently quit her practice. She sent a letter out saying that she has retained all medical information and gave us an correspondence address, a phone number, and a fax number. The only problem is when i called today to try to find my children's records the phone number was out of service. So now I'm wondering how else am I suppose to get there immunization records, if the phone number she gave in her letter doesn't work. I'm so frustrated at this point. Thanks for the help ladies.

Try calling the old office and see if it leaves a forwarding number?? Do your old doctor have a website? Try googling her name and see if it gives you some info...or call your city office? Sorry I couldnt be of more help!
