Losing weight and getting healthy is TOUGH! I joind weight watchers and I have lost 5 lbs Yay me!

Isn't that what everyone thinks?

I know I did and it's depressing. After having one baby, gaining literally to the same delivery weight with each of them. My first I went back down to 20 lbs lower than my pre pregnancy weight.
