Ugh! He is SO NOT a protector!

My DH that is.... And its been making me more & more crazy! I cant tell you how many times I've woken up in the night & notice that our back door is unlocked!  About a week ago it bothered me, but not as much as it does now.. reason?  Our court was vandalized this past Friday night.  Thankfully none of our stuff was ruined or touched, but my neighbors lights at the end of her driveway were broken off the brick columns they were on, another neighbors mailbox was ruined (and its set in bricks) and their mail thrown all over the place, another neighbors birdbath was set on top of their neighbors mailbox... the sign leading into our court was semi pryed off the wall & a gnome from another court was on our wall... other courts were messed with too & the sign leading into the development was ripped off the wall & thrown into a tree!  I tell him all the time to lock up.  Well, last night I fell asleep on the couch while he was up painting our room... I woke up at 130ish with the baby, go to make him a bottle & see that our back door is UNLOCKED!!! GRRR. You'd think he'd try to do everything to keep us safe... I wonder if he's secretly hoping we get kidnapped LOL... I know that was horrible to say...Oh well... I just had to get that out.  I just wish he'd take the time to friggen lock the ONE door that we constantly open.  All the other doors are locked because we go through the garage.... UGH.

LoL, you are right he is waiting for you guys to get kidnapped. No j/k maybe he just needs to be reminded. I can say when we were in a certain area we didn't lock the door. I hope he starts to remember soon.
