I was best friends with Dennis Sitarevich from Kindergarten through fifth grade. We used to go to each others houses and play video hames and people would tease us about how we were "boyfriend and girlfriend". His little brothers would always bug us whenever we played at his house. His youngest brother, Brian, was 5 years younger than us. Just a baby when I played with them. Years passed and Brian grew up. He was good friends with my younger brother and they hung out a lot. It's crazy when you run into someone as grown ups and realize that it was the same person that you used to push around in their stroller in the school yard while the moms were chatting.

On Sunday, Brian was riding his motorcycle and was killed by a drunk driver. He didn't even make it to the hospital. Just gone. I can't help but think about what I would do if it were MY little brother. I have to stop now and not get into it too much because I can already feel the waterworks starting up again.

My heart goes out to Dennis and Michael for losing their little brother. And to their parents....their boys are their lives and I can't even begin to imagine how they feel right now.

Seriously thats why people shouldnt drink and drive a car-not even one beer-its just not worth it. I hope youll be okay.

My heart goes out to you as well as to the parents and family affected by tis trajedy. I hope the driver was caught and will have to face up to what he/she has done. Your absolutely right, life can be taken from us in an instant, use it as an excuse to hug your children a little tighter tonight and always
