my daughter just told me that she was not going to try-out for her cheer/song team her senior year

try outs are in April mandatory meeting was last night  and she refused to go

all this time, effort and, money  for her to quit her last year ????

i don't understand  it but i have to respect her decision

this was a big thing in our life we spent a lot of time together and know what

it's like she dumped me. i think about all the senior activites like senior night, last game, last comp

last rally  she will miss out  and all her hard work 

well i will get over it  she has  i think it is because she wont have her brother to cheer for any more

maybe she just wants to enjoy the senior year with out  having to be in something ... its hard for parents to step back and say yep its what they want...

she will be a spectator... and still get the most out of her senior yr.... best of luck to her
