Irish Salad

I have to remember to make Cole Slaw for St Patrick's Day, why you ask, well, when my kids where very little, they were very picky eaters. One day when we were having Kentucky Fried Chicken and I have to serve them some Cole Slaw, somehow when I was asked what it was I told them it was IRISH SALAD, believe it or not they gobble it all up and was asking for more. For the longest time my kids really thought it was IRISH SALAD and thought I was serving something special that we can only get at KFC, he he he. Now they are older and know better they just roll their eyes whenever I call it IRISH SALAD just to poke fun.
