so holy shit batman, not only did my husband beat me up last week, part of which happened while our six month old daughter was IN MY ARMS... (yes i called the cops and filed a report, he has 2 felony assult warrants)... BUT NOW HE'S TRYING TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST ME, AND GET CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER!! uhhh... what?? he pressed assult charges against me for grabbing his throat to try and get him off of me!! and claimed that my black eye came from his THUMB hitting me in the struggle!! wow!! right!! anyways, i left the state after filling charges, because i had no financial help (i am/was a SAHM) i also didn't have any emotional support (ie family or friends, my husband kept me pretty isolated)... so i came home to clear up some old legal issues he got me on the run from, and the police and DA where he is are on my side, so i'm not too concerned about that... but WOW... he is seriously a piece of work...
