for giving man the intelligence to create IVF.

I usually don't let things that people state on here affect me, but something really hit hard last night in regards to a post about octo-mom. A couple people mentioned that line of bull that, "If God wanted you to have children, you would have".

Honestly, here's a big, "FUCK OFF" to those who think that way.

How can you sit there with your "I'm mightier than you" attitude and tell me I wasn't meant to have children? That just because I have a disease called infertility, that I shouldn't be treated with the same respect as people suffering from other medical conditions?

I am a far better mother than the crack heads, neglecters and abusers who get pregnant at the drop of a hat and shoot children out of their holes like watermelon seeds. You mean to tell me that God wanted them to have a child to torture, but not for me to have a child to love?

Your small minded thinking is really upsetting. I can understand you having issues with leftover embryos, I really do. But to boldly say that God doesn't want me to concieve... if you were standing in front of me, I'd crack you in the mouth. Honestly and truly.

My daughters are beautiful, intelligent, well mannered, mostly behaved children. They deserve to exist just as I deserve to have them. How can you tell me God didn't want this:

I've never (God forbid) dealt with fertility issues but being the mom to twins I get the question, "did you use IVF?" quite often. I've heard these comments made before too and they piss me off. Logically speaking then, God never intended for us to develop vaccines or life-saving operations either if that were the case. Who is so small-minded to believe that God doesn't still have His hand in the miracle of IVF conception? Your girls are beautiful!
