Our neighbor has been videotaping our dogs and our kids in the back yard, and THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. Why the hell isn't this illegal?
They are doing it because they think our dogs are vicious. But the tape they turned into the courts last time just proved how peaceful our dogs are. I just talked to a lawyer, and it's totally legal for them to be taping our house as long as they aren't taping through a window or into our house. How is that right? We're outside all the time! They DO NOT have my permission to do this. I am soooo creeped out right now.

Seems like he would have to get your permission to video tape your children! I would call the law everytime and report him for violating your privacy....Im sure they wont do anything about it but maybe if you call them enough, he will quit! Geezzz thats creepy. I would put up a privacy fence or something! Being the mean a$$ that I am, I would get a big snarling, slobbering dog and let it run the fence line too! Give him something to video tape.....or you could be nice and just act like you are on a funny video, start making funny faces and stuff to him LOL
