It didn't start out so good, because we had to drive about 1 hour to go take care of DF's traffic warrant. It took an extra 1/2 hour to get there because of the way he went....he went the opposite direction than we needed to go just because it was "easier".
Then we had a WIC appointment around lunch time. We still qualify and because Dianna is old enough we are getting different food this time. No more formula, but basically the same things we were getting while I was pregnant. We had to wait a while to see anyone, but I didn't mind. Dianna had a load of fun "making out" with a mirror in a waiting room.
After DF left for some training with his new company tonight, I got a call from the jewler that his wedding band came in!
Before I went to pick it up, I went to turn in some rental insurance paperwork where we bought our washer and dryer and make a payment. I ran into an old college professor of mine. I didn't know who he was at first, just that he looked familiar. He recognized me too. He told me the name of the college and that it was a math class. That jogged my memory. It means SO MUCH that a teacher from 6 YEARS ago remembers me.
Then, just a couple of minutes ago, DF called and said that the new company is switching him shifts! He will be working second shift M-F starting April! Granted he will have switch to every other weekend, but he will also have his 2 y/o more! And we can start going back to church!
I think my day can be simply put as "God answers prayers!"
