Okay, I know that they are doing it for the children and that is important. But what sort of things is happening to Nadia? I mean there needs to be reprecussions for what she has done. How can she support 14 children by herself. 8 of which are newborns. Who bought her a new house? who bought her all those cribs and changing tables and such. Here is someone who is single and who gets 8 of her eggs or whatever implanted in her and all of them take. then all 8 survive...that is great..a miracle.
My question is what about the rest of us. I mean, i am glad that people are taking care of those babies. But what about the rest of us her in the US that have maybe not as many kids as she does, but who have 2 parents in the house and who are working their rear ends off and still living paycheck to paycheck and who is worried that they might not have there job next week. What about them? Are you telling me that they are gonna send film crew out to everyone's house who has more than the usual 2.5 kids in the house. And what about the single mothers who had no choice to be single....whose husbands have left them, divorced them for whatever reason. what about them? She made her bed...she is using her own children to get all of this media coverage. But what about the citizens who are doing it out of love and respect and responsibility for their children and themselves. They are the ones who are working 2 jobs and hardly ever get to see their children because they need to work 2 jobs and their children are in daycare. Not because they choose to have 14 children but because of gas prices...food prices and not sure if they will have a job next week. They are the ones who are being responsible parents and they dont get any recognition from anyone. From their children yes, but who else? They are not the ones who are googling over them, wanting to help them. they are being lost in the world and the ones who are being fussed over are the ones who are not being responsible at all. they are the ones who are getting TV shows and money and free this and free that. Houses built/bought for them, cars bought for them...diapers, food and stuff like that....all bought for them.
I will tell you my story. Not because I want free things or charites or a TV show but because we are working our rearends off for our children to make sure that they have a happy healthy lives. We just had our 8th and 9th child. Yes twins...our second set to be exact. My husband makes great money at his job...we are very secure financially...we have a 15 passenger van for everyone, we could use a bigger house sure...cant everyone...but everyone has their own bed and everyone has their own place to do their homework and it is a plenty big house...but we could use a bigger one. But anyways, we have a blended family....2 children came from his previous marriage...3 came from mine and we have two sets of twins, back to back together. No fertility treatment here...just got luckly. But we are not out there trying to get a TV show or people to get crazy over us. We are just a hard working loving family who happens to have 9 children.
So, it really irritates me to see these families, these parents doing all this just to get attention. Nadia, and her 14 children....the duggars...they dont need to populate the earth by themselves. I mean come on. What about that new show? something about 12 seating at the dinner table...they have 2 sets of twins and sextuplets..but what makes all those families better than us...are they better so that they deserve a TV show and no one else? Do they deserve to have houses built/bought for them more than we do?
