How Do I embed little clip movies of my family on my profile?

I have little snippit movies of my family that I wish to embed on my profile...they are under My Documents under My videos. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to embed videos on my profile? I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

You need to add a widget. Go to the widget page and look on the left hand side menu for Videos. It'll take you from there.
