...why does my boss have to be such a condenscending a-hole?  He talks down to everyone and it drives me nuts.  He showed up for a store inspection (unannounced) and we're going over things.  Gives me grief about why I am no longer doing collections ("If you forget to do that...what else are you forgetting?").  Dude, there is a big difference between something I was trained on for 3 weeks versus getting tossed to the wolves after a day.  UGH.  Griped about the vacuuming.  Never mind the fact that it's crappy outside and me and the few people we've had have tracked stuff in.  I'm NOT vacuuming every hour or two just to keep up with foot traffic on an already nasty ass carpet.

Another thing is that he feels it's the fault of the CSR's as to why our revenue has gone down.  It has nothing to do with how we handle our clients.  We all do our job.  We're friendly, courteous, try to go out of our way for them to the best of our abilities.  It is not our fault that a client's check bounces or they stop loaning with us.  The economy is in the tank and everyone is feeling it.  Be happy we still have people loaning with us!!!!!
