I just turned 50Th and glad to be alive! I'm married, second time around to the greatest guy, almost 8 yrs. now. I have three beautiful three children, two boys,12-13 yrs old and my beautiful daughter is 15 1/2 yrs.old. I was born in France in a little village, came back and forth to the U.S. from traveling around the world. I was a Air Force brat. I have a Bachelors Degree in Western Civilization, an Associate Degree in business. I love to cook and garden, love my music, but most of all I love my family beyond words. I was diagnosed with Liver failure 4 yrs. ago and spent two years dying. I received my new liver in " 06 ". My family stood by me and my husband took care of us 4. He did it alone, no help from anyone. He's my best friend and I owe my life to him. My kids are the soul of my heart and for that alone I fought to stay alive. I'm compassionate and would give you the shirt off my back. I don't lie or steal and I despise people who are. The only thing you don't mess with is my children, I would have to hurt you. Mother Bear Here! I do art, big cats; and have sold 2. The one thing I miss most in my life is the ocean. I love the northern coast line and would love to see my old friend again. It's all about doing the right thing in my life.
Well life always has a way of taking us by surprise, my husband adondoned the 3 kids and I without transportation in the mountains and I;ve made it for three months in the cold. This has given pride in myself to know I am surving this hard winter. I don't believe to many women could live my life of no running water, ( i haul it in) and chop my own wood for our main heat. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful couple who gives me ride to town for food, so life is good so far; but then you never know what the next path will lead to. I thank God for what we have everyday and there is no more than what I can do, amen, hugs, Monique

Thats awesome that you got a transplant! Don't think I'm dumb for asking this, but when you get a transplant do you get to meet the family? You are a very strong lady, and your husband sounds awesome! So is everything going ok now? France???? Cool! I've lived in Alabama my whole life, going to Florida for us is a long way from home!
