On the front, address it to:

On the back, write the following message.
This envelope represents one child who died in abortion. It is empty
because that life was unable to offer anything to the world.
Responsibility begins with conception.
I pray that this project, with all of our help, can have a big enough impact on President Obama to change his heart - at least a little bit. God is awesome and mighty, I put my trust in him with this and all things. I will participate, will you?
