House Frustrations

I am so sick and tired of this whole mess! I am starting to wish we had never put an offer on this house ni the first place. It is one thing after another and would take far too long to explain everything. Though we were supposed to close the 17th, then the 20th, then the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th? There is still a chance we could close tommorow I guess but that is what they have been saying every day! It is the lame jerk of an undwritter at Wells Fargo holding us up right now. On our mortgage end of things.  The seller has had to get two extensions on the foreclosure date already and since we didn't close today he has to get another extension. If his bank doesn't give the extension because they get fed up with the delays too than this guy will go into foreclosure and we won't get the house. Our mortgage broker tells us not to worry that it will happen, the realtors don't sound as confident though.  I don't know what to think anymore! My step sons mom is planning to pick my step son up from our new home on Sunday, (step son is with us for his Spring Break this week), and we may have to call her on Saturday and tell her to pick him up here at the old place.  We don't want to do that. We really want to close this week, especially since my DH used all his vacation time and took the whole week off of work just so we could close on the house and move.
