Aren't we like this with everything though? This formula makes babies constipated and rushy - lets' invent a new improved formula. This stroller is too big and bulky - let's make a new improved super light stroller. These nipples cause malocclusions and tooth decay, let's make new bottles with endodontic shape! ARRRRG.....

And my personal favorite recently - This carseat is too heavy and kills my back, so another 'never have to touch your child again' thingie is born.

JUST HOLD YOU KID, WOULD YOU?? It's much easier! And I promise, nothing bad is going to happen if you just touch your child every now and then!

They actually sell this, I am not making this up! :))

Did you see the other pictures for it? They are just as rediculous! I can't believe anybody in their right state of mind would actually pay $30 for it!! But then again... if they sell it, somebody is probably buying!

I read this...

Designed to help make traveling easier for parents on the go, the strap can eliminate packing, unpacking, and assembling a baby stroller when baby can be transported in their carrier for a short period of time, such as a quick trip to the store. The FALCON Car Seat Carrier allows easy entry into and out of the user's vehicle. No more bruised legs or sore, weary arms from dangling the car seat by your side.

*Recommended for use with children up to approximately 18 lbs.

There is NO way I could carry an 18 lb baby around in a heavy carseat for any period of time at all. Absolutely insane.

LOL. That's funny. I do have to say though, that one of my twins actually prefers the crib over my bed lol. She prefers to have her own space & isn't interested in BF through the night. I tried but she never did really like my bed. She also likes to flip over on her belly & sleep face down (scares me real bad) and so I feel better when she's in the crib because the bed is super ooper flat. I flip her back on her back when I catch her, but I don't always since I sleep too. My boy twin though, he loves to snuggle up & BF all through the night. He's a mamas boy. Sometimes I feel bad like he's getting more of something. But everytime I try to put her in my bed she flip flops & fusses because she just like sleeping alone.

LOL! That is so funny... and true. I love the reply on the description of the FALCON car seat carrier. So how many parents do you think will buy this and actually try to drive while their baby is in the car seat on their lap???

Yes, I remember that discussion. I actually was wondering if that's the same device :) I guess it is.
Sometimes I wish we could replicate our heads and screw them onto some other people.. :)))

OH MY WOW!!! You won't see my trying that with my carseat!! And it looks about the same as that one. I love the wrap/sling. I think its a wonderful thing. Let me tell ya, I was at my mom's a few days ago and we went for a walk in the woods to get some cool pics of the kids. I was wearing Emily and Katie (3) was walking and we had a blast. At the end of the day tho, when I left for home, I forgot my wrap. And didn't realize it until I got home. And wouldn't ya know I really really needed it and its the only one I have that really works for us. So...I dug out some materal that was meant to go on the back of the quilt that I am making for the baby and folded it and tied it around myself and stuck her down in that and it functioned exactly the same way as my wrap. And its a nice pink color so that if I have to use it to go out before I'm able to get mine back from my mom's house it will be just fine. And truthfully... I think I would tie on a curtain or bedsheet to carry her in over trying to carry around the carseat like the lady in that pic.
