Trying to get all the negative "yuk" off of my Journal since I joined....navigigating and (spelling, spell check?) is bringing the best of the bottled blonde out in me....
I have has some wonderful email conversations with wonderful new gal pals...Thank you! It is really helping me, the support, feedback....then I read my journal and I was like.."Wow, girl, done on the pitty pot'? And no, I'm not...but almost, I think! Its not getting me anywhere....so, perhaps a beautiful mountain, (no mountains here in delaware) walk on the beach with kids....try, try and be thankful....I just adore them.....yes, my plate is overflowing....single mom, 24/7..neither father"right"....no ch support ot speak of...and he works 2 jobs....I go out everyday with a great resume for over 8months....Oops,.....
K.... i looked into and into, transitioanl housing due to our circumstances, and me just not being able to find a job....however, i have 2 interviews in the next 2 weeks...what happened to go in, introduce yourself in person, give resume, or fill out application, perhaps talk then, or they call, a acouple days later and interview.????...this is emailing resume where? to who? do they get? How can you "follow up" except by email....pound pavement...know people, temp. agencies don't have anything....Ok. I'm done...I'm old and I'm going into the "In my Day"....sux for kids...did I use that word...? yea, i did ! ........Thanks, hope ALL of you are feeling one blessed thing and one more each day....if we can help each other concentrate on that and a particular situation , I, myself feel blessed just to be here and have the couple of friends and new ones, I look forward to....CJ

Hi sweety, I too am a single parent with kids.and no job oh wait! everything that you journaled about... that's me honestly!.Don't worry It will get better.We have to keep pushing on.My Father used to say that life is a circle sure you have bad times but then here come the good ones again(.O) see? Good for you ridding your life of negativity!! Honey, my mama raised 3 kids all by herself too. There were times she didn't know how she was going to be able to pay the rent, or feed us, but God was ALWAYS faithful!! He promises in Philippians 4:19 to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory which are in Christ Jesus.
If you're willing to do the work, He will provide the jobs. He knows your every need and WILL provide.
Matthew 6:25-34 is our cure for anxiety: "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?
"And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?
