About 2 weeks ago my husband was riding with one his the guys he worked with and is also kinda a friend well they were going to job and they came to a stop sign and looked to see if any one was coming and didn't see any one so the looked again and again there was no one there so they went and then out of no where some one side slams the side of the truck that my husband was one he ended up in the hospital with a pinched nerve on his right shoulder thank heaven that accident was not in my hubbies car..ok and just yesterday my hubby was driving to work and was hit again this time in his car...He was at the stop light about to turn at the light togo to work and this ass hole was driving to close and slammed the back of the car and the car that hit my hubby got hit bye another car and those ppl that hit hubby got tickets for reckless driving..hubby did go o hospital yesterday but only got whiplash and both times they prescribed lortabs but hubby did not get then filled bc he has an addiction to them and did not want to start that up again so he did get  them filled any ways as of yesterday we no longer have a car right now until we can find out  if one of the assholes (that it hubby) insurance is going to pay for the damage and towing but from what hubby is telling me both of the  ppls  insurance is supposed topay for it, but here is something i don't understand one of our neighbors is telling me that because hubby had both of the accidents the he is going to be getting a lot of money from it..i don't know.

i dont see how your hubby is gonna be out ANYTHING on the FIRST accident since he was not driving and it was not his car. Just hospital bills that should be billed to the responsible driver's insurance. as far as the second accident is concerned the driver of the car that HIT your husband from behind is legally 100% at fault. so again, i dont see where you guys should be out any money.

hubby has an addiction issue with lortabs or just pain killers? One of the WORST things an addict can do is REFUSE pain meds if they are legitimately in pain. seriously. becuase suffering in pain is one of the HALT type things(hungry, angry, lonely, tired). you dont want to set yourself up for a relapse by being in pain or any extreme emotion or situation. so please tell him to talk to his sponsor, therapist, you someone about how he is feeling and to maybe let you monitor the pills instead of him.
