So we had our 20 week ultrasound today...well 19w4d ultrasound :P
We
went in and met the lady doing the u/s and I told her that we wanted a
surprise and she goes "Thats fine, but I can't promise that you won't
see it because we can't control how the baby moves!" She began the u/s
and started to measure everything and look at all the organs to make
sure everything was fine and we where all just chatting and Chris goes
"Well, she doesn't want to know the gender but I do..so You can tell me
just not her" ummmm..how about NO! No way was I going to let my hubby
find out the sex and not me! He was begging to find out..so we did. Oh
well. There is always next time since we plan on having 3 or so
children. We're having a BOY!!!!
We're excited, exp. Chris. Hes actually in wonderland right now because
hes so happy to have a boy. The baby was measuring about 10oz and they
lady didn't tell us the length because she said it was basically
impossible to get an accurate length with baby being so big and not
stretched out. So..here are some pictures of our happy boy...either
Silas or Wyatt. :)
Wanted to add that the u/s tech gave dd her very
own picture of the baby! We got a little plastic picture frame for it
and she brings it everywhere, before we got the frame she thought she
dropped it getting into the car and she goes "Where's my baby brother So we had our 20 week ultrasound today...well 19w4d ultrasound :P

With our 3rd, we had decided not to find out. But she was a surprise and I had given away all of the baby things and was panicky. So I told the tech that I wanted to know but hubby did not. So she wrote it down on a paper for me and put it in an envelope. It was so difficult not to share! I worked in a retail pharmacy and they let me keep all of my purchases in the back - with receipts, of course. It was so difficult, but really kind of fun too!
